Unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented and second fermentation in the bottle. Made with natural ingredients such as Water of Gualdo Tadino, barley malt, hops and yeasts. Natural yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle is an indicator of its craftsmanship.
