This Black Lager is a compendium of all the styles, it has the rich creaminess of a Czech Tmavy, the roasted malt edge of a classic Schwarzbier, the underlying hop character of a Franconian Dunkel. It will remind you of a good stout, but the 8 weeks of lagering time also give this beer the smoothness and drinkability you would expect from all the Braybrooke lagers.
