Short Description	The 'nero' Pallagrello grapes used for this wine are softly pressed as a whole bunch within a few minutes of harvesting, which takes place at full aromatic maturity. The brief contact between the must and the skins gives Rosa Canina the delicate pink colour that distinguishes it.
