EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL - CHILLI

The oil with Basso pepper is the fruit of the winning combination between an extra virgin olive oil of very high quality and totally European origin and the hot pepper of the Capsicum variety. From the union of these two precious elements and its noble origin, a condiment able to marry perfectly with some of the typical dishes of the Italian food and wine tradition and to ensure at every course an extra "quid" able to make it always unique and tasty. The flavoured oil pepper enriches the taste of the oil, as well as that of the dishes that are seasoned from it, strengthening it thanks to its presence in the form of liquid essence and dehydrated solid parts, which give the product a typical red colour and a pleasantly lively flavour. The chili flavoured oil proposed by Basso was created following a totally automated process that is functional to the correct dosage of the chili pepper which, after being combined with the liquid essence, is combined with the extra virgin oil already filtered in a preventive manner by special machinery.
