MERLOT Ai Galli

100% Merlot grapes grown from the maker own vineyards in Pramaggiore. It then matures on the fine lees for approximately 6 months before bottling. The colour is intense red with purple highlights. The scent is vinous, pleasant, just a little herbaceous, in contrast with the clear fruity hints. Full-bodied, definite and well-balanced flavour. Ai Galli production is based on the yield per hectare, thickening of the already existing vineyards and planting of new vineyards with a high number of species per hectare. Control of the winemaking process and subsequent conservation of the obtained wines are carried out thanks to the very latest technology in the oenological field.
