GRAN MORAVIA 1/8 - Aged 12/14 Mths

 Gran Moravia cheese is an aged cheese produced following the oldest Italian tradition that comes from the production of traditional Italian aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan) and Grana Padano using traditional copper vats, in the fabulous region of Moravia.  Brazzale, the oldest Italian dairy company now at its eighth generation, produces and trades cheese and butter since 1784 and has created an innovative agri-food supply chain in Moravia. The supply chain consists of a network of more than 75 farms. Here Brazzale produces Gran Moravia, the long-aged cheese perfect both as a table cheese and for grating, created artisanal inside copper vats following the traditional techniques of Italian hard cheeses, developed over the years.
