Lorenzo Sormani Grana Padano is a semi-fat hard cheese which is cooked and ripened slowly for at least nine months. Grana Padano is normally hard, crumbly-textured cheese that is made with unpasteurized cows' milk that is semi-skimmed through a natural creaming process. This makes an excellent replacement for parmesan cheese. The shaves makes it a very convenient when preparing dishes such as salads or pasta.
