CANTINE OLIVELLA - EMBLEMA Vesuvio Caprettone DOP - 6x75cl

Emblema, Vesuvio Caprettone DOP, is made from 100% Caprettone grapes. These grapes, traditionally belonging to the Vesuvian wine-growing tradition, are usually the basis for the production of Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio DOP Bianco.
The volcanic and predominantly sandy soil next to the Gulf Of Naples  gives the wine a good minerality and sapidity.

 The Maturation happens in two stages - 4 months in contact with the fine lees, then  aged for 2 months in the bottle.

Emblema has hints of flowers and fresh fruit which gives it fresh and elegant aromas,. The volcanic, sandy soil gives the wine distinct minerality and complexity.
