| Short Description | Ai Galli Probus is a blend of 65% Merlot and 35% cabernet Franc. This wine is of Intense garnet red color, with violet reflections. Broad and complex aroma, intense and persistent, with accentuated fruity notes and pleasant woody nuances. The taste has a full and velvety structure of great persistence. Traditional in its complexity and refinement, but modern in taste. The fermentation of the musts takes place in contact with the skins for about 12 days at a controlled temperature in order to obtain an optimal extraction of the color and tannins. The refinement is done in French oak barriques for about 12 months. |
