| Short Description | Bolgheri DOC is a Tuscany wine and the result of a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Its fermentation is done on skins for 12 days in steel containers at controlled temperature not over 26° with replacements and delestage. It is then aged for six months in steel and wood barrels.
